Training in involving or consulting children and young people is usually great fun as the activities often are chosen to demonstrate creative and engaging ways of exchanging ideas to prompt creative and engaging ways of involving children.

Supporting participation of children and young people is one of those things that anyone with reasonable communication skills can do but where people who have been doing nothing else for years are still learning.
