This is a multi-agency report asking young people in transition in to adult services about their experiences. This report helped to shape the new transitions protocol and guidelines.
Delivering Integrated Services for Children in Highland: an overview of challenges, developments and outcomes
Surveys were undertaken in all schools in Highland, working with the Integrated Community Schools approach and all schools were invited to contribute to the survey which covered both process and outcome factors. This report outlines the findings from this work.

The Road Ahead project explores the nature of the information needed by young people with learning disabilities, their parents and supporters at transition.
